Brekky Fursuit Studio — Terms of Service

1. General Information

Quality & Craftsmanship: Every fursuit is made with time, care, and attention to detail to ensure durability, comfort, and expressiveness.
Client Expectations: Clear communication, professional craftsmanship, and a suit that reflects your unique vision.
Materials & Construction: High-quality materials and careful construction techniques are used to meet high standards.
Terms of Service: By commissioning Brekky Fursuit Studio, clients agree to these Terms of Service, which outline pricing, payment plans, turnaround times, and policies.
Commitment to Excellence: I strive to bring every character to life with passion and precision.

Final Quotes: All price quotes provided are final and will not change under normal circumstances.
Price Adjustments: Final prices are only subject to change if major modifications are requested after the quote has been given or if changes are made after prior confirmation of the design.

Payment Plans: Payment plans may be accepted based on the situation, but a down deposit is always required before production begins.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable down deposit of at least 30% is required to secure the commission. If work has already started, this deposit is non-refundable.
Full Payment Before Shipping: The full balance must be paid before the finished product is shipped.

Complex Designs & Pricing: Complex markings, intricate patterns, or detailed features will increase the price and will be included in the quote breakdown.
Reference Sheet Requirement: A reference sheet with at least a front and back view is required for all commissions.
Reference Sheet Service: If a reference sheet cannot be provided, I can create one for an additional $50.

High-Quality Fabrics: All fursuits are made using quality Big Z or Howl fabrics to ensure durability and a professional finish.
Head Bases: Heads are built on Furrybay head bases unless a specific base is requested by the client.
Care & Craftsmanship: Every suit is carefully crafted with attention to comfort, durability, and aesthetic appeal to bring your character to life.

Completion Time: A completion time will be negotiated with the client and clearly stated in the quote breakdown.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are considered based on complexity and the requested timeframe. Additional fees may apply depending on the urgency of the order.

Shipping Discussion: Shipping options, costs, and insurance will be discussed upon the finishing date of the project, ensuring all details are confirmed before the suit is sent.
Insurance: Shipping insurance is available and recommended, and it is the responsibility of the client to choose the coverage that suits their needs.

Repairs & Alterations: Repairs and alterations are available for suits. The price will depend on the difficulty and complexity of the work needed.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the product to and from Brekky Fursuit Studio for repairs or alterations.
